I understand that my participation in this workshop is my own responsibility. I recognize that a workshop of this nature will be self-reflective and could deal with issues that may be of an intimate and personal level.

I agree if necessary, to disclose to the trainer any medical or physical issues that could be affected by any of the techniques used during the workshop.

I understand that it is not the purpose of this workshop to replace professional advice provided by a doctor or a separate therapy practitioner. We make no claims concerning the physiological effects of any of the processes taught.

I agree that I am responsible for any changes that occur as a result of these processes. Any changes in medication or therapy I decide to make have been fully discussed and agreed upon with my medical doctor or separate therapy practitioner.

I understand that by attending this workshop I am learning about alternative healing techniques and I intend to use them for my own self-care and NOT for the intention of calling myself a healer/therapist/coach and attempt to assist others for any personal or financial gain.

If I intend to help others with this newly learned knowledge, then I agree that I will join the Aafiyah Supervision Group to ensure that I am fully supported and guided as I undertake the necessary steps required for accreditation.

I will not attempt to work with people affected by any form of trauma or other psychological disorders.

I accept that all materials used during the workshop are copyrighted and for my personal use and cannot be reproduced without permission.
