Smoothie Recipe (A healthy alternative)

Calming smoothie

  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. crushed walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raw oats
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Makes a beautiful green shake that will keep you bubbly all day.
